About James Bond Nam
Born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, I’ve spent my entire life between Snohomish and King County, Washington. My professional journey began in the trades—starting as a general contractor with a focus on electrical contracting—before transitioning into real estate development, fix-and-flip projects, and strategic land acquisition across Washington State.
I’m a licensed real estate agent specializing in relocation services and land development, working independently and alongside trusted partners. I hold a degree from the University of Washington and have been in the real estate industry for over a decade.
In addition to my work in real estate, I’m also deeply committed to mental health advocacy. I spent over 7 years serving as an adult mental health clinician at the non-profit organization Sound Health, where I supported individuals navigating complex mental health challenges.
When I’m not immersed in real estate or mental health work, I enjoy spending time with my two golden doodles, Louis and Jack, snowboarding, cooking with friends, or attending church on Sundays.

Born and raised in Seattle, Teo grew up with a deep appreciation for hard work, inspired by the dedication and perseverance of his single mother. He began his real estate journey at just 18 years old, quickly developing a passion for helping others navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home.
With experience across a range of transactions—from first-time buyers to seasoned investors—Teo brings a blend of hustle, local market knowledge, and genuine care to every client interaction. Whether it’s uncovering off-market opportunities or crafting smart investment strategies, his focus is always on delivering results and building lasting relationships.
When he’s not working in real estate, you’ll find Teo hiking in the Cascades, snowboarding during the winter months, or spending time with friends and family. A self-proclaimed sushi lover, he’s always on the lookout for the next great spot in town.
